📌1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Fabaji platform and all its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any of Fabaji's services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms in full.
Fabaji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice will be provided via registered email or on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If any part is unclear, please contact Fabaji support.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
👤2. Account Registration
A valid account is required to access Fabaji's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is created with false information, Fabaji reserves the right to close it at any time and withhold the balance.
Key Account Rules:
- Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
- To update any account details (name, phone number), please contact our support team and provide the required verification documents.

🔞3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
Fabaji strictly does not provide services to anyone under the age of 18. When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Fabaji may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify your age. Failure to submit the required documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
Warning: If it is found that a minor has been using Fabaji, all balances and winnings in that account will be forfeited.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Process:
All new users must complete the KYC process before making their first withdrawal. This requires a photo ID and proof of address. Fabaji completes KYC verification within 48 hours.

All bets placed on Fabaji are final, and the outcome of each bet depends on RNG technology or the actual result of the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified.

Important Betting Information:
- Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.
- If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, Fabaji will correct it in line with the actual result.
- Placing opposing bets on different outcomes of the same event ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.
- Fabaji reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns.

Fabaji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms and validity period, which are clearly stated on the respective promotion's detail page.
About Wagering Requirements:
Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — meaning you must place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.
Tips: Always read the wagering requirements and expiry terms before claiming a bonus. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
General Bonus Terms:
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
- The same person may not claim a promotion using multiple accounts.
- Winnings from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap — details will be specified in each individual offer.
- Fabaji may modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
- If bonus abuse (bonus hunting) is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.
💳6. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Fabaji supports multiple payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposit Rules:
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (bKash & Nagad), ৳500 (bank transfer).
- Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If your balance hasn't updated within 1 hour, please send a screenshot of the payment to support.
- Fabaji does not accept deposits made from third-party bank accounts or another person's mobile wallet.
Withdrawal Rules:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- BKash/Nagad withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 hours.
- Weekly withdrawal limits are determined by account tier.
- If money laundering is suspected, Fabaji may freeze withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

- Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for 7 to 90 days or permanently.
- Reality Check: You will receive reminders at set intervals about how long you have been playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fabaji and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Placing bets using bots or automated software
- Any attempt to hack or intrude into the game system
- Using Fabaji for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
- Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms and conditions
- Fraud or deception against other users
- Any activity that may damage Fabaji's reputation
Notice: Fabaji monitors all transactions and betting activity. If unusual behaviour is suspected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

🔓10. Account Closure & Suspension
You may request to close your account at any time. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Account closure requests can be submitted by emailing [email protected].
Fabaji may also suspend or close accounts for the following reasons:
- Breach of Terms
- Suspicion of Fraud or Illegal Activity
- Refusal to submit KYC information
- Extended Inactivity (2 Years)

Fabaji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or an on-platform notice.

If a match or event is cancelled or suspended after partially completing, Fabaji follows this policy: If enough play has been completed to determine the outcome of a betting market (e.g. a result via the Duckworth-Lewis method in cricket), the bet will be settled accordingly. If a result cannot be determined, the full stake is generally refunded to the user's account (Void bet). For multi-bets or accumulators, the voided selection is removed and the remaining selections are recalculated at their respective odds. In any dispute over a result, Fabaji's decision shall be considered final.
After logging in to Fabaji, go to "Account Settings" and open the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you can set your own limits, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, betting limits, and loss limits. Under "Cooling-Off Period", you can temporarily pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days — during this time, you will not be able to log in. To activate a long-term Self-Exclusion (7 days to 90 days, or permanently), please contact the support team. Once Self-Exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the designated period ends — this is intentional, to ensure the decision remains in effect.
