Fabaji FAQ — All Your Questions Answered

Fabaji's referral program is hugely popular in Bangladesh — many users are earning extra by playing alongside their friends. Here's how the whole process works:

• 1Log in and go to Account Settings or the "Refer" section. You'll find your personal referral code and link there.
• 2Share the link or code with your friend — they'll need to use it when registering.
• 3Once your friend makes their first deposit, the referral bonus will be credited to your account automatically.

You may refer a family member, but multiple accounts created from the same device or IP address will result in the referral being voided. Any referrals that violate our policies may trigger a review of both accounts.

Some details on your Fabaji account can be updated by yourself, while others require support assistance — for security reasons.

You can update these yourself:

• 1Log in → click the profile icon at the top right → open "Account Settings" or "Edit Profile".
• 2Update your display name, date of birth, address, and language preference directly — just edit and save.
• 3OTP verification may be required to save your changes.

Before withdrawing — note that your first withdrawal may be held if KYC is not completed. Get your NID verified in advance to avoid any delays.

• 3Enter the amount (minimum ৳300, maximum ৳50,000 per day for KYC-verified accounts) and confirm your mobile/account number.

Bonus funds require wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal. Real money can always be withdrawn first.

Odds can look confusing at first, but they're easy to understand once you get the hang of it. Fabaji uses three main odds formats:

1. Decimal Odds (most common)

For example: 2.50 — meaning a ৳100 bet returns a total of ৳250 (profit: ৳150). Formula: stake × odds = total payout.

2. Fractional Odds

For example: 3/2 — meaning a ৳200 bet returns a profit of ৳300, with a total payout of ৳500.

3. Moneyline / American Odds

For example: +150 — a ৳100 bet earns a profit of ৳150. -150 — A ৳150 bet returns ৳100 in profit.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) should always be enabled on your Fabaji account. Even if your password is compromised, 2FA prevents anyone from getting in.

• 1Log in → Profile → open "Security Settings" or "Security".
• 2Click "Two-Step Verification" or "2FA" → then tap "Enable".
• 3Choose SMS verification (an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile) or set up an Authenticator App instead.
• 4Confirm with the OTP the first time — 2FA will be activated instantly.

Fabaji keeps a full record of all your activity — betting history, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are each tracked separately.
